Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 21 October 2026
BlackForest Media aims to make its website accessible and easy to use for as many people as possible, including people with disabilities and people who use assistive technologies.
This statement applies to https://www.blackforest-media.com/.
1. My approach
I use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as a reference for improving the website.
My priorities include clear page structure, readable text, understandable navigation, accessible forms and useful alternatives to visual and audiovisual content.
2. Current accessibility status
This statement is based on a limited review of the website. Full conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA has not been established.
The review identified areas for improvement, including:
-
The contrast of some text and form elements.
-
Text alternatives and accessible names for some images and interactive controls.
-
The size and spacing of certain gallery controls.
-
Navigation and layout on smaller screens.
A complete assessment of keyboard navigation, screen-reader compatibility and accessible alternatives for the video portfolio remains outstanding.
I will update this statement as accessibility improvements are made and further issues are identified or resolved.
3. Help accessing information
If you have difficulty using the website, viewing a portfolio example or submitting the contact form, you can contact us directly by email.
Please tell us which page or feature caused the problem and what information you were trying to access. If useful, you can also include your browser, device or assistive technology.
I will work with you to find a practical way to provide the information or assistance you need.
